	Firm News — Case Decisions Interest Arbitration Award : Monmouth County Sheriff PBA Local 314 On June 13, 2011, Arbitrator Thomas Hartigan issued his Award in County of Monmouth and PBA Local 314. The Award granted PBA Local 314 unit members salary increases of 1.5% on all steps retroactive to 1/1/09 and 3.0% increases at top pay on 1/1/10, 1/1/11, 1/1/12, and 1/1/13 for a total increase at top pay of 13.9% over 5 years (a 2.8% per year average).
