Leonard C. Schiro Leonard C. Schiro, is a founding partner of the firm and has spent his entire legal career in the field of Labor and Employment Law. He has helped shape the laws concerning labor unions and employee rights with pivotal cases, including his Supreme Court victory in IFPTE Local 196 v. New Jersey Highway Authority. He has been awarded New York Magazine’s Top Lawyers in the field of Labor and Employment in 2009 and 2011. Voted Best Lawyers in America 2009, 2010 & 2011 in the specialty of Labor & Employment Law. In addition to his practice of law, he also teaches various facets of Labor and Employment Law at Rutgers University. He currently has classes dealing with Labor Relations in Professional Sports and Labor Relations in the Entertainment Industry. He has been an instructor for the Rutgers Union Leadership Academy and for the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Institute for Continued Legal Education. A member of the New Jersey Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section, as well as the AFL-CIO LLC. He has also served as a Contract Advisor for the National Football League Player’s Association.
