Michael Carbonaro
Michael Carbonaro, is an associate who, in addition to his legal career, serves as a Captain with the New York City Police Department. His practice includes a special focus on disciplinary matters in the law enforcement workplace. He represents clients in State and Federal courts, as well as before Arbitrators, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC), the New York Public Employment Relations Board (NYPERB), the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) and the Merit System Board.
Mr. Carbonaro is a graduate of the College of Staten Island, part of the City University of New York (CUNY), and graduated from the New York City Police Academy in 1986. He received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and in New York State, in Federal Court in New Jersey, and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
