Ryan S. Carlson Ryan S. Carlson is an associate in the Firm of METS SCHIRO & MCGOVERN, LLP. Ryan S. Carlson is a graduate of Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Carlson is admitted to the New Jersey and New York State Bars as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. At Widener, Mr. Carlson distinguished himself by earning his degree Magna Cum Laude and by serving in numerous leadership capacities. Mr. Carlson was elected to the Editorial Board of the prestigious Widener Law Review and also served as President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association where he chaired two Sports and Entertainment Law Symposiums that were recognized by the Institute of Continued Legal Education (ICLE). Ryan also studied Comparative Law and Procedure in Sydney, Australia and gained practical legal experience in Widener’s Veterans Law Clinic where he assisted disabled veterans in receiving service-connected disability compensation. Mr. Carlson received his undergraduate degree with High Honors at Rutgers University-New Brunswick. Mr. Carlson has defended employee rights in the New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission, employee disciplinary hearings, arbitration proceedings and State Court.
